in every person on earth. They may be written, but they are not necessarily written. They are worthy of periodic study and
notice. Constitutions
of governments are those documents of consensus that the governed accept as their basis and origin of law.

is an excellent resource partner.

Work in the public sector offers opportunities for self expression
and invention. In Florida, the Florida Society of Certified Public Managers (FSCPM)
is organized to help managers use those opportunities effectively.
